View your balance online
Did you know that you can view your Council Tax balance online?
If you have an account use this link to access the residents portal otherwise to access this facility you will need to be supplied with login details to our secure site. Use the below form to register an interest in the service. We will then send details to you to complete the registration process.
Once you have access to the residents portal you will be able to view your Council Tax balance and make a payment by using a credit or debit card. There are no set up fees or transaction costs. Transactions are carried out using a safe and secure system. Any details entered will be encrypted between card holder’s computer and the payment system supplier. Card details will not be stored on any Brentwood Borough Council computer.
