Premises Licences - Applications under consultation

Under the Licensing Act 2003, local residents and local businesses can raise representation about applications for new, and variation of, premises licences and club premises certificates where they feel the Four Licensing Objectives will not be met. 

If you wish to make any representations about an application, you should first read the Information Sheet for guidance about what you need to do.

The legislation sets out the period during which representation can be made.  Any representation received after that date cannot be considered.  Where an application is open to public consultation, the final date for receipt of representations is shown against it.

Applications can be inspected at the Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex during normal office hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday; 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Friday.  Please contact the Licensing Section on 01277 312642 for further details and to ensure that an officer is available to see you at the time of your visit.
