Revocation of the East of England Regional Strategy
On 11 December 2012 the Secretary of State laid in Parliament a statutory instrument to revoke the Regional Strategy (RSS) for the East of England. This Order came into force on 3 January 2013.

The Regional Strategy for the East of England (Revocation) Order 2012 sets out legislation on revocation of the Regional Strategy and revocation of directions preserving structure plans.
