Application Forms

The Government has introduced a standard electronic application form together with information requirements for the validation of planning applications. You can download the national Planning Application Forms, related guidance note and current scale of fees from this page (click on the appropriate document and help sheet links below).

Important: The various application forms have been grouped into a number of sub-categories to help you identify the correct form to use. If you are unsure about filling the form in, please read the associated help sheet before contacting Planning Services for advice (01277 312620).

Fee Information and Validation of Applications

Please ensure that you have read the fee information and validation check list before submitting an application. Important: If you do not pay the correct fee and send all the information needed to determine your application it will be deemed invalid.

How to Submit and Application

You may submit an application in any of the following ways, although you are encouraged to submit online:

• online via the Planning Portal. For guidance on making an online application, please read the following note: Making an application online

Notice of Applications for Planning Permission
