Young At Heart

Brentwood Borough Council’s Young at Heart Club now takes place everyOlder woman in a sun hat Friday afternoon, 2-4pm, at St George’s Church Hall, Ongar Road, Brentwood CM15 9HR.

The Young at Heart club is a popular social event, which helps keep its members fit as well as offering a chance to make new friends. Young at Heart is open to all the over 60s of the Borough and cost £5 per person per session, which includes refreshments and an afternoon of activities. It is a pay as you go scheme, so even if you cant go every week, it is certainly worth popping along to.

The activities vary from week-to-week (from movement to music, quizzes, craft classes and much more) and are suitable for the over 60s.
