HomeBuy is a programme that helps people who wish to buy a property but cannot afford to, and those who wish to rent but cannot afford to pay market rents.
The Council has legal duties towards people who are homeless or who are likely to become homeless
If you want to become a tenant of the Council, or of a housing association in the Borough, you must register on our Housing Register.
To be considered for housing, applicants on our Housing Register and Transfer List must express interest in suitable properties using a choice based lettings scheme called HomeOption.
